Kevin is a veteran financial executive with over 30 years of cross-border banking and capital markets experience. He was one of the SPAC "early birds" in Asia where no SPAC concept existed until 2021 — he launched in 2018 a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) that raised US$115 million in its IPO and traded on Nasdaq, and served as its Board member and CFO. He has a proven track record of institutional leadership and global asset management. During his tenure at China Merchants Bank (CMB, currently ranked 9th globally by London-based The Banker magazine) headquarters' International Department, he led his team in establishing partnerships with over 600 leading and mid-tier global financial institutions and managing a US$1 billion+ globally allocated investment portfolio. He also represented CMB at the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) annual meetings. Designated by CMB as Senior Economist, he is a widely published financial thinker with insights featured across Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Germany, and Singapore.

He has deployed capital and managed risk through US$20+ billion in transactions, spanning dozens of deals in green energy, advanced materials, healthcare, and deep tech. A pioneer in financial innovation, Sky specialized early in U.S. SPAC IPOs and structured groundbreaking STO + IPO dual offerings. He serves as an independent director and C-suite executive for multiple public companies listed in Mainland China, Hong Kong and the U.S. Globally recognized in digital finance, Sky is the Director and Research Fellow of the China Institute of Digital Assets, the founding shareholder of the Global Digital Currency Exchange, and Chairman of the Global SPAC Center. He also steers regional economic growth as Executive President of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Commercial Alliances and founding Chair of its Financial Committee. Previously, Sky served as a designated expert for China's Ministry of Information Industry and Ministry of Health.

George has served as President and Chief Economist of Cathay Financial Holding Group (US) and is the Board Member and Co-CEO of the Wall Street School of Economics and Management. A veteran financial strategist with an extensive background in international financial systems, he also holds dual civic appointments as the Vice President and Secretary-General of the Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce U.S.A. and the Secretary-General of the Financial Committee for the US-China International Chamber of Commerce. Throughout his career, he has leveraged deep domain knowledge to empower companies through structural M&As, pre-IPO compliance, and channel architecture. His deal portfolio includes institutional financial giants like China Merchants Fund, Industrial Bank, and Hong Kong's First Eastern Investment Group; global consumer enterprises such as US Subway, Mengniu Dairy, and Befengtang Catering; and cross-border public market listings including EDOC Acquisition Corp., Zhongpin Food, and the Manhattan Real Estate Fund managed by Beijing Construction Engineering International. Academically elite, he completed postdoctoral research in Finance and Investment at California State University, Monterey Bay. He is a certified Senior International Financial Manager (SIFM). Due to his macroeconomic expertise, he serves as a Special Appointed Research Fellow for the Shanghai Municipal Government Economic Development Research Center and previously served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board for China Real Estate Co., Ltd.

His deep expertise spans core industrial sectors, including machinery manufacturing, optoelectronic technology, and intelligent equipment. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served as a Product Engineer, Sales Manager, Managing Director, and Marketing Manager, as well as a Strategic Advisor to the Chairman of a large private enterprise group in Guangdong Province. Armed with exceptional industrial foresight, top-tier strategic planning capabilities, and a proven track record of spearheading complex, national-level tech initiatives, he has achieved remarkable milestones in scientific research and commercialization. He served as the principal drafter and organizer for two national enterprise standards. He has led two provincial- and ministerial-level research projects, earning the 3rd Prize of the Science and Technology Innovation Award from the China Fire Protection Association. He was officially recognized by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province as a core pioneer for the "Multi-purpose Intelligent Lifter" scientific achievement. He guided the incubation of multiple major national, provincial, and municipal science and technology initiatives. The technical indicators of the products developed under his leadership reached internationally advanced standards. His core project management portfolio includes provincial- and ministerial-level university-industry-research cooperation initiatives and the Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Multi-purpose Lifting Robots.

With over 20 years of corporate management experience, Lenia excels at corporate diagnostics, developing solutions, and guiding implementation to full execution. She has served as General Manager of Human Resources and Chief of the President's Office at Canon (Zhongshan), a Fortune Global 500 company with over 10,000 employees, where she oversaw all six core HR modules. She was also the General Manager of the HR & Administration Center at a large company in Shenzhen, where she drove strategic execution, organizational change, rapid team expansion, and the enablement of new business lines. Additionally, as Assistant President at a European fast-fashion multinational in Guangzhou, she spearheaded strategic transformation, organizational remodeling, process re-engineering, talent optimization, the iteration of the Amoeba profit-sharing mechanism, sales team upgrades, and smart factory planning. Under her leadership, her team also empowers the clients to have achieved remarkable results in pre-IPO compliance, revenue multiplication, and post-listing market value management.

Mr. Zhang Kaisheng is a leading expert in the rescue of distressed enterprises and in distressed-asset investment in China, and the co-founder of two capital market platforms, Poju Tiantuan and Zichanjie, with a combined membership of over 500,000. He originated the concept of the “Corporate Doctor” and has driven its practice. He currently heads the Shenzhen Greater Bay Area Distressed Enterprise Relief and Trusteeship Center as well as the National PPP Debt Restructuring and International Arbitration Service Center, and previously served as President and legal representative of Everbright Jianneng Investment Co., Ltd. under China Everbright Group. He has managed assets and debt totaling over RMB 100 billion, and has led or participated in debt restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization projects for China Huayang Group, HNA Group, Great Wall Group and a number of listed companies. He currently serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Entrepreneurs Association of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, a master's degree supervisor, and an arbitrator of the Beihai International Arbitration Commission.

He held dual apex regulatory roles as the Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China (China's central bank) and Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. He then served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Everbright Group, a premier state-owned financial conglomerate under the direct administration of the State Council. Prior to his above-mentioned roles, recognizing his global macroeconomic expertise, the People's Bank of China originally designated him to serve as a Visiting Scholar at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) headquarters in Washington, D.C., in the U.S.

Mr. Markscheid brings 40 years of international corporate management and investment banking experience, with a long-standing focus on cross-border M&A, strategic investment, corporate finance and international business development. He has held senior management positions at international institutions including The Boston Consulting Group, General Electric and JPMorgan Chase. He has served as an independent director and audit committee chairman of several U.S.-listed companies, with extensive experience in corporate governance, capital markets and international expansion. He is a graduate of Princeton University, Johns Hopkins University and Columbia Business School, is fluent in both English and Chinese, and also has a working knowledge of Japanese and French.
